This warm, cozy, simple B&B with a touch of old-world charm was built in 1860. Scudder Hill House located in Roxbury offers rooms with queen-size beds, private baths, thermostats and air-conditioners, full continental breakfast and WiFi. We are equipped to accommodate large groups for reunions, weddings and ski clubs. Our Common Room is available to our guests day and night. We do not increase our rates for weekends or holidays.

The Historic Mill House, built in 1810, is a unique B&B that sits next to our waterfall. We are known for our special service and unique setting on a mile of river. Kayak and canoe rental are free for overnight guests in our own nature preserve. We have four rooms, with private baths. Each room is decorated with country art and antiques.
