June 16^th, 2009   Once again Plattekill bike Park created an amazing and fun race course. The Delta House Boys decided on the Double Chair side of the park.They put together a fun mixture of steep and tech along with some super fast and rocky sections. The ?chute? had multiple lines some safe some not so safe.While trying to figure out which line would work for me I went down and re-injured my knee. My PCL was torn a while back playing hockey, I lost some stability and have a little too much movement there, when I fell on it, the fall stretched some ligaments and muscle causing swelling and some pain. 

I felt fast but really couldn?t pedal like I needed to. Anyway I was able to salvage a third place finish and will have to settle being tied with Chris Higgerson for First Place in the series. 

Saturday night we ate at the Plattekill Buffet and stopped at Delta House to hang outwhile waiting for the rain to pass. A few friends accompanied us and we all had a great time. One of my friends, Jason is part of www.sicklines.com , he was there for the race and a review of the park. Jason was blown away by the trails and race track.
