September 9, 2009.  I finally got to do a race run at the World Champs. It was an amazing event, with a ton of pressure for one run. I miscalculated my plans and took it too easy up top to save it for the long flat pedal at the bottom. Result was 23rd fastest up top and third fastest for the last section. I should have attacked everywhere. I got 15th over all and beat all the Canadians and Americans, but I could have done better. Hopefully I'll be able to compete again next year in the elite division at Mte. Saint Ann. That's a true DH track and I know it well.
