Starting at 6pm Plattekill serves dinner every Saturday (and Sunday during holiday weekends) prepared by our Bistro Chef.
Reservation Required: Call (607) 326-3500 or visit Guest Services by 12 noon day of dinner. 48 hours prior for groups of 6+, please.
